Caterpillar 3126 ECM 8YL
I broke down on the I90 and had to be towed to a truck stop with my load. A diagnostic check revealed an ECM issue. I was happy to find the right ECM at Caterpillar 3126 ECM 8YL through a knowledgeable parts person who understood my needs. However, I was disappointed that, in spite of paying extra for expedited 1-2 business day delivery, I did not receive the part for 4 days. Additionally, the part was either defective or not programmed properly which could not be established until I had installed it. And, because of the return policy, no refund would be given. Instead, I was instructed to return the part to have it repaired.
I ordered a Caterpillar 3126 ECM and GoECM delivered. It took over a week from Order Date to Fulfillment Date--and I waited throughout that period for an Order confirmation--but in spite of some delays, the ECM is in and my FL60 is rolling again. Thanks Javy and the team in parts.
I ordered on Monday, sent out Thursday and I paid for next day air and Friday I was back in business with my Thomas BBQ bus.
