GOECM stands behind their work!!

They could have earned 5 stars however the first ECM had a fault upon arrival. With just a few phone calls Miss Karla e-mailed me a label to overnight the ECM back to their facility in Texas.
The tech found the issue, but did not feel confident I assume as they remanufactured a replacement ECM which unfortunately did require an additional week.
GOECM then overnighted the replacement back, I had the truck back up and running flawlessly in just a few hours.
GOECM STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK!!
I suspect that they are suffering the same understaffed issues that many are facing across this nation, but still provided an excellent product and quality customer service. Miss Karla was honest forthright and apologetic, such a breath of fresh air in today’s economic climate.
I would recommend this rebuilder.
I would very much recommend Miss Karla as I suspect she is quite busy, but treats the customer with respect and honesty.
