Core Return Instructions

Please follow these steps to send us your old part in order to complete the exchange.

1. Place the CORE in a box with proper packaging provided. (You may use the same box you received your new unit.)

2. Place the shipping label on the box. (If you use the same box please place your new label over the original label to avoid any shipping errors.)

3. Once the part is properly packaged, please deliver it to the nearest UPS Store or drop-off location.

4. If you choose a different shipping provider, ship your CORE to the address below.

Cores must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

Cores must be rebuildable. If a core is not rebuildable, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

All cores meeting the non-rebuildable criteria will be returned to the customer.

 

 

 

 

All core deposits are processed on the following Friday it was received. Core deposits will be refunded to the original card/method used for purchasing.
