Ordered an ECM for my Duramax from them basically over the phone ... i specifically asked about the refund policy in case it wasn't right. I was told I had 14 days for a refund. No problem. So i ordered it. They were very good with getting the order but that were it stopped. to start---- The delivery took 7 days longer than promised--- and when i called for the refund because it didn't work, they sent the return label, and I was told I would get the refund after received. No mention of a restocking charge till i got a email about a week later confirming my refund --- not in full--- a few hundred less, So I got a unusable ECM aafter waiting days more and got charged for it. I did email them about this deception, and i did get a call back, basically saying the restock is in the small print.....my bad to have trusted the phone rep....when I specifically asked them about the refund policy before the purchase. So cant trust to be told the correct shipping times or that refunds are ok in the 14 day time frame----but they wont finish the rest of the refund info----and tell you about the restock fee....200 bucks for a worthless part they sent---nice racket.
It was such an easy plug and play when I got the new ECM. I had already been round and round with a couple other options. Highly recommend these guys.
Working in the auto industry I understand things happen. I ordered an ecm and for my LLY and was exactly what I needed. I had a small issue and contacted customer support. They didn't hesitate to send me a next day shipping label and this was Monday. I got the ecm sent back to them a little late on my behalf (Wed.) but they still got my ecm shipped back to me before the weekend. Super friendly and quickest response I have ever seen. If you need any computer for your truck I highly recommend GOECM!!!! Thank you again guys
The ECM works great got my father in laws truck back on the road at one of the best prices I could find. It did take over 2 weeks to get my core refund back after it was confirmed recieved. Emails went unresponded to and I finally had to call and get it taken care of. The call was quick and painless at least.
