Working in the auto industry I understand things happen. I ordered an ecm and for my LLY and was exactly what I needed. I had a small issue and contacted customer support. They didn't hesitate to send me a next day shipping label and this was Monday. I got the ecm sent back to them a little late on my behalf (Wed.) but they still got my ecm shipped back to me before the weekend. Super friendly and quickest response I have ever seen.
