This item did take longer than i wanted to recieve. However it did arrive in a timely manner and after installing it fixed the issue i was having with the a/c on a 2014 Ram 2500. Hooefully i won't have to, but I would purchase from GoECM again.

Great experience—but read the instructions!
I had a great experience with GoECM. The TIPM came fast and was truly plug and play, it worked perfectly once I followed the directions.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t read the instructions at first and just went for it. My car threw a bunch of codes and I started stressing. I ended up calling them, and they walked me through everything, super helpful. Turns out, it was exactly what they had already written in the instructions I skipped 😅.
So yeah, save yourself the headache and just follow the steps they give you. Once I did, it was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend these guys!

Great Service!
We are a freightliner dealer in Iowa and had a customer broke down in New Mexico. This TCM is no longer available from Allison and the usual rebuilder I use couldn't source one for me. I searched Google and found GoECM. I am usually skeptical when I find stuff like this on line but I found them on Google maps and they had a store front so I figured I would give them a shot. Talked to Juana and she was able to take care of me and set up my TCM to ship direct to my customer in New Mexico. Everything seems to work as it should!
